The final collaboration between Rodgers & Hammerstein was destined to become the world's most beloved musical. It features a trove of cherished songs, including "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," "My Favorite Things," "Do-Re-Mi," "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" and, of course,  the title number. The Sound of Music won the hearts of audiences worldwide, earning five Tony Awards and was turned into a film that won five Academy Awards. The inspirational story, based on the memoir of Maria Trapp, follows a postulant who serves as governess to the seven children of the imperious Captain von Trapp, bringing music and joy to the household. But as the forces of Nazism take hold of Austria, Maria and the entire von Trapp family must make a moral decision that will change their lives forever.

This beloved production will feature Faith Ragan (Maria) and Liam Eber (Captain Von Trapp). The Von Trapp Children will be played by Angela Georgaklis (Leisl), Ethan Smith (Friederich), Brenna Sheets (Louisa), Kyler Carr (Kurt), Clara Burgess (Brigitta), Katelyn Wicckiser (Marta) and Grace Ahmann (Gretl). Other principal characters are Miranda Muffler (Mother Abbess), Aric Huettemann (Rolf), Haven Perdomo (Elsa), and Nick Black (Max).

Featured characters incude Will Gordon (Franz), Elise Knudson (Frau Schrader), Nicole Gagnon (Sister Margaretta), Gigi Escobedo (Sister Berthe), Alaina Gates (Sister Sophia), Larry Farmer (Herr Zeller), Gael Sandoval (Baron Eberfeld), Olyve Havens (Baroness Eberfeld), and  Jack Wilkinson (Admiral Schreiber).
